ARE ALL WATCHES CUSTOMIZED ? —
Watches are customized and crafted at the request of our customers. Choice of customization: bracelet, bezel, hands, dial, movement, crown...
ARE THE WATCHES WATERPROOF ? —
Yes, our watches are all waterproof. Water resistance varies from 50 m to 500 m depending on the model. As a reminder, we'll provide you with more information on the product description.
WILL I OWN A GUARANTEE ? —
We offer a 1-year guarantee on our watches (movement only) Other parts such as bracelets, crown, glass, bezel... are not guaranteed.
Do you deliver anywhere worldwide? —
We deliver worldwide through DHL Express, Colissimo for France. Delivery is only free for France.
Is there a withdrawal period? —
We do not accept refunds for watches customized with our online configurator, as these items are made specifically to each customer's individual preferences. For watches purchased from our online boutique, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The watch must be returned in its original condition and packaging, undamaged and unaltered. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long does it take to manufacture a customized watch ? —
It takes 3 weeks to assemble a watch before shipping, this time may vary.
What movements we use ? —
We use Seiko movements, tested and regulated by us for each watch.
On what kind of watches are based your designs ? —
We do not rely on any existing watch model. We use Seiko movements, other parts are high quality custom parts. For some watches, we also use dials from Seiko watches.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity ? —
No because it is not a watch made by Seiko.
What will happen if I have a problem with my watch ? —
You can contact us through the website, we will try to solve the problem with you. If the watch is under a guarantee, we will send you a good return. Otherwise, the transport costs will be charged. We will always find a solution to help you and satisfy you.
